"Training Workshop on 'The New Me - Rediscovering Our Abilities'," conducted on April 27, 2023, aimed at second-year students across various streams. The session was led by Mr. Praveen Gudi, a Motivator and Life Coach, with 310 students benefiting from this program.

"Career Counseling Seminar" in collaboration with the Training Cell and Planet Education, Manipal. It focused on career opportunities abroad and foreign education prospects, held on March 31, 2023, with 40 students in attendance. Both workshops offered valuable insights for students looking to enhance personal development and career opportunities.

The event targeted final-year BCOM and BBA students, with resource persons Mr. Dinesh Kumar and Mr. Sathish Kumar from NASSCOM. Workshop on Competitive Examination and Data Analytics for Career Development

On November 12, 2022, a workshop on "Competitive Examination and Career Opportunities" was organized for second-year UG and PG students, benefiting 85 participants. The session was led by Prof. Pranam R., Senior Software Engineer, MIT Manipal.

 Additionally, a two-day training program on "Google Data Analytics Certification with Placement Assistance" was held for final-year students on December 1-2, 2022. Conducted by Mr. Ganesh Nayak, HR from Ethnus, the program benefited 400 students, preparing them for industry opportunities in data analytics.

From learning how to enroll in SWAYAM courses and understanding corporate behavior to exploring graduate research guidelines and participating in community development activities, each session provided valuable insights. Events like the 'Certified Management Accountants in Real World Scenario' workshop and resume writing competitions were particularly designed to prepare students for the professional world. Fun and interactive programs like 'MIND CRAFT - FUN and WIN' added a dynamic edge to learning, ensuring students were engaged and motivated throughout.
